LEFT MARGIN Clause

The LEFT MARGIN Clause
This clause sets the width of a left margin for each line of the report.

size is a literal integer that specifies the non-negative width (in character positions) of the left margin of each page.

Output begins in the (size + 1) character position. Measurements indicated by arguments to the COLUMN function are offset from the margin set by LEFT MARGIN. If you do not include a LEFT MARGIN clause, the default value for the left margin is five character positions; any output of data begins in the 6th character position.
